2. Contract

The purchase contract is concluded by receiving the payment of the order. For orders in which the payment method PayPal or SOFORT has been selected, this is the time of the successfully completed transaction on the respective secure portals. For orders in which the bank transfer payment method or Payment Slip is selected, this is the time of receipt of payment made on account of Swiko. If there is no registration of payment within 45 days the respective order can be deleted in the system. Customers who more than once capture an order without payment can be blocked.

3. Product Offer

All information and details about the products are non-binding. In particular, variations in color, size (+/- 3%), errors of the printed image, errors in descriptions or pricing. All technical information on products is based on information provided by the manufacturer. Swiko cannot be held responsible.

4. Delivery

We only deliver goods which were previously paid by one of the available payment methods. If in stock, the ordered product is delivered after receiving payment. If the product is not in stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail with an estimated time of delivery. If possible and without guarantee, this information is already available to the customer when ordering the product or the product is not on offer.

5. Prices

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) including of sales tax (VAT). Prices include shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available to settle the amount of the online purchase:

  • PayPal including creditcard payment via the secure portal of PayPal.
  • SOFORT via a secure portal using your own e-banking login information.
  • Bank transfer by manually loging into your banks website to record a payment or by written payment order to your bank (our account details at www.myplaymat.eu/shop/ch/pay). As a manual payment will take 2 to 3 working days until the amount will be credited on our account, the delivery of the ordered item will be delayed accordingly.
  • Per payment slip, which will be delivered with a separate invoice. The delivery of the ordered items will be delayed as the postal delivery of the payment slip as well as the reception of the paid amount take time. Further the client influences delivery with the time of payment.

7. Returns / Warranty

Should a customer receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you replacement at no shipping cost after the defective item has been returned. The warranty is limited to the extent of the manufacturer warranty and is valid until 24 months from the date of delivery. As play mats in general cannot be repaired, the client will usually receive a new item. However the manufacturer on his experience decides about the warranty claim – the decision from the manufacturer is final and binding. In particular the manufacturer and Swiko cannot be held responsible for defects which were caused by improper use. Please read the care instructions on the document within the packaging. To exercise the warranty, the presentation of the receipt or the delivery receipt is mandatory.

As described on our website and in our Care Instructions we would like to emphasize that the surface of myPlaymat light is not as tough as the surface of myPlaymat. The frequent use of myPlaymat light by adults, in nurseries or outdoor is not recommended. myPlaymat light is designed to be used by children in private indoor areas only.

8. Privacy Policy

All customer and order details will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties. The only exceptions are data which are necessary for the execution of the order and shipment.

9. Jurisdiction
